An introduction and overview to man's most precious treasure: his soul. Where does it come from? Where, what, how, why is it? And where does it finally go at the end of earthly life? Mankind has always asked these questions. We'll take a themed tour through the history of mankind, starting in the Stone Age and ending in modern times. Hear from famous people who have thought about this. Some have even tried to measure the soul - with questionable results. What is the relationship between soul and body? Why do we suffer? Does life have a meaning? What is important in life? Is there a secret of the soul? Yes, find out which one!

Contents of the one-day seminar "Secret of Soul" (duration approx. 6.5 hours):

The essence of worldwide knowledge of different ages about the soul from the fields of philosophy, science and religion. Added to this are my own formative life experiences. A focused presentation of all relevant topics: Universe, Time and Space, Reality, Consciousness, Soul, World Religions and Beliefs, Supernatural Phenomena, Thoughts, True Self and Ego, Expectations, Comparisons, Fear, Dealing with others, Guilt, Repression, Forgiveness, Problem Solving, True Love, Presence, Meditation, Praying, Dying, Loss/Mourning, (Life After) Death. Simplicity. Contentment. True happiness. Healing. Inner Peace. The theoretical talk is complemented by visuals (photos, videos) and practical exercises (self-analysis, fantasy journey, mindfulness exercise). Do you dare to fathom your soul? Contents of the day seminar "In the footsteps of Jesus" (duration approx. 6.5 hours):

Jesus Christ: a man, a name and a story. Who was this fascinating personality with over two billion followers today? A man who took the side of the poor, the sick and the outsiders, preached, healed, polarized and ... loved. Born to die. Christmas and Easter are holidays that refer to him and his earthly life, representing its beginning and end. Come along on a virtual journey to original locations, framed by his saving message and complemented by practical exercises (e.g., examination of conscience, reflective walk, contemplation, prayer). This seminar/webinar is designed for anyone who would like to refresh, deepen or expand his/her knowledge of the Son of God. It is an opportunity to get to know the Holy Land when a local visit is not possible due to time, financial or health reasons. A special experience as a way of life. Let yourself be inspired!
